Please use your University of Leicester student ID number, which is included with your offer of study. This consists of 9 numbers and is NOT your UCAS number.

Your password must be at least 12 characters long. It must contain an UPPER case letter, a lower case letter, a number and a special character. Please do not use '@' within your password.

Registration Help

It can take up to 48 hours for your details to be transferred to our application system once you've received your course offer. If you've only just received your offer of study please wait and try again.

If you're having trouble with your registration, please ensure the following:

  • The details you are trying to register with match those on the University system exactly. These can be found on your MyStudentRecord account (be aware, in some cultures it is common to write your family name before your first name but this may not be the same on MyStudentRecord)
  • Use your University of Leicester student ID number, not your UCAS number
  • That your password meets all the requirements shown
  • Dates must be in dd/mm/yyyy format
  • If you are copying and pasting information, ensure that there are no trailing spaces after the text

If you are having problems, try registering from a different device or web browser.

If the issue you are getting persists, please send a screenshot of the details you are attempting to use to accommodation@le.ac.uk.
